I will come out of anonomity (I am the one who wrote about Sarasota) and just say yuck to liver. Even when I ate meat, liver was just so nasty tasting to me. I could never figure out why people liked the taste. Now I shall slip back into the unknown and keep comments to cycling only.
It's not so much the taste (which I find slightly bland, but it's fine chucked in with some chorizo or similar) as the nutrients. My legs have been feeling rather tired and worn down, and this was having a knock-on effect at work. Today I could definitely feel the difference!
