Ride into work for Wednesday, 17 October

Rode into Bedford to go to physio, then back to work. Muppet of the day was the police officer (!) who turned left out of the Bedford police station without looking left (!!) while talking on a cellphone (!!!) - and then had the temerity to wave at me as he went by! If I hadn't been running late for physio I would have gone back and got his badge number.
