Ride into work for Friday, 09 November

The ghost bike for Michael Brooker was painted this morning at 8am, I went along to pay my respects. Peter was there and together with Neskie did most of the heavy lifting. Peter was interviewed by Andre Forget, chief photographer of the Daily News. I also took a few pictures - in the background the huge amount of traffic can be seen. Peter also pointed out to me the start of the off-road bike path that had apparently been hurriedly surfaced recently - however it was all fenced off, and was only about 40 metres long, rendering it of somewhat limited value.
