Ride home for Thursday, 14 February

Nasty ride home into lots of headwinds. The puddles of water that have accumulated from the rain and melting snow today will, I suspect, form ice of glass-like smoothness, along with chunks of black ice.

On the up side, when I got to the butcher's I was told I'd won a slow cooker in a "guess the number of pasta shells in the jar" contest. Now I just need to start reading up on slow cooker recipes...
