Ride into work for Monday, 06 June

Pretty slack ride in as (a) I was still a bit tired from Saturday, and (b) I was running late setting off. Took the bike in to Ideal Bikes to have it tuned up ready for the ride down to Oak Island on Thursday, I'm hoping they'll be able to have it ready for me to ride home this afternoon, they usually do but with the nice weather they've got a backlog of repairs...
