Ride into work for Tuesday, 10 June

Down to Bedford for a physio appointment, I'm having an extra one this week for a minor injury from winter that's flared up.

Had to push it on the way into work after I got a call, managed to get to downtown Halifax from Bedford in under 45 minutes, which isn't too bad.
