Ride for Sunday, 26 June

I saw the doctor on Friday and he cleared me for riding so long as I felt comfortable with it. I took a rest on Saturday just to be sure, then I went out riding today with the trailer. It was a gorgeously sunny morning, a little humid but nothing too bad. We went riding along the fire trails in the area, and explored some of the subdivisions and found a couple of hidden trails which were nice - going through a wooded section gives some nice shade in the heat!
