Ride home for Thursday, 14 July

Volunteered at the bike shop last night and got to work on a bike that can only be described as a toy. It was a Dunlop "mountain" bike, I had to replace the rear derailleur cable, align the brake pads, tighten everything up and generally tune it up, supervised by one of the mechs there. I took it out for a test ride once I was done and the frame was flexing under me and causing the bike to shift gear by itself. I really hope the owner of this bike is significantly lighter than me!

I also picked up an Air Zound from MEC. It's quite impressively loud...
