Ride into work for Friday, 16 February

No ride in yesterday as the snow followed by rain followed by snow and freezing temperatures turned the roads into an ice-slick skating rink of doom, and the wind (60km/hr with 80km/hr gusts) made me decide to work from home for the day. The roads weren't perfect today, a lot of the back roads were still covered in ice so I had to take a few detours (and the fire trail was solid ice the whole way through). I made it in OK, though; hopefully the snow we're due to get over the next few days will give me a bit more traction (although the highs hovering around 0C aren't too promising).
