Ride home for Friday, 08 April

I went to the pub after work and had a couple of pints of Guinness and a curry chicken and scallop pasta to celebrate a friend leaving his job. Then I rode home at a laughably slow rate.

Also, at lunchtime I went to Ideal Bikes to pick out a bike for my wife - she's decided to start cycling recreationally, so I'm going to have to find some gentle trails to start her out on.
