Ride home for Wednesday, 22 February

Bit of a tough ride home, I appear to have worn out the gel seat I put on as insulation - it's sheared in two places, right under my thighs, so I have a nasty lump under each thigh that really doesn't help pedalling. I switched it out for the leather saddle off my Nishiki, but I'm going to have to find a saddle to replace it - I don't want to subject a leather saddle to the vicissitudes of the salty wet roads. I need to get a new rim for the rear, too, as the one on there is now distinctly concave. I foresee dropping a chunk of change at IdealBikes tomorrow...
