Ended up taking the hybrid in, the stem is still squeaking so I took it to Ideal at lunchtime. Went over to MEC and picked up a 700x28-47cc tube (all I had in my pile was 20-25c tubes for the new rear wheel, which was a bit... stretched...) and grabbed a couple more turtle lights while I was there, since mine corroded out over winter.
