Ride into work for Wednesday, 28 March
Rode the hybrid in as I was curious to see if the creaking was fixed. It was definitely quieter, so I'm fairly sure it's something in the saddle. Reading around on the net, it would appear that the tension nut may need tightening, as a creaking noise is a sign the leather has loosened enough to require tightening. I guess that'll be my task for tonight...

Hi Steve; Did you enjoy the wind today!!!I am a new commuter 34k round trip. Most of my riding is on the Dunbrack and Bedford highways. I am interested in more city riding. Are you in the process of writing up city routes that are the most biker friendly?? Also I really enjoy your nickname for the street nerds (muppets) Those doing the rolling stops are real winners!! I'm in the process of mapping Halifax, if I can figure out a way I may put in cycle-friendly routes (there's ways to do it, but they don't show up on the map). I might create a route on Bikely, too.
