Ride into work for Tuesday, 13 December

The back roads still aren't clear, but it looks like cars driving over the ice is melting it a bit and breaking it up. This is making things even more interesting. To add to the fun, we're supposed to get some more snow; flurries giving 2-4cm today, 5 to 10cm overnight, and more flurries tomorrow giving 5cm, giving a total of 12cm to 19cm (or 4 to 7 inches, for American readers). Hopefully this should give me a bit more traction going over the solid ice...
